Risky Business

Was at the pharmacy yesterday for a regular check on my blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose level in my body but the pharmacist gave me some kind of an alien look; is it wrong to start taking care of my body at a very young and lively age?

*****

Malaysians being Malaysians are quite skeptical at times; they said "No need to jog you are slim and skinny already" but deep inside my heart I said "A slim person is not always fit and healthy right?".

Come one, health is a risky business nowadays so I would like to encourage more and more Malaysians to get earlier health screening at the nearest clinic, pharmacy or hospital. In fact, the doctor/specialist would be able to track any "extra-terrestrial activity" inside your body and if it so happen that you are sick, the doctor could refer you for further treatment. Getting sick would seriously cost you a lot of money for treatment and medications especially when you are infected with cancer or need to undergo surgeries but if it is diagnosed earlier then you would stand a chance for a speed recovery with minimum charge too.

Believe me, early screening would not take even an hour of your day so please set an appointment and face it. Insyaallah it will not hurt and the doctor would assist you throughout the process. Take care and stay fit always!

Art/Creativity/Vandalism

Some call it art, some call it creativity but many would say vandal acts of my society and I am not proud.

Now tell me how many of you have done something bad like this at school, public toilets, bus stands or anywhere on earth you can ever think about? I did various kinds of vandal acts since my school age but the end result would only cost the authority to spend more of your money on repairing jobs right? Besides, I believe that it would tarnish our image as the citizens of Malaysia who were once famous for its courteous people.

I would like to express my regret for doodling all sorts of cartoons on my school table from Standard 1 to Form 5, for vandalizing a plastic chair at my school when I was in Form 2 and for leaving my signature with a permanent marker under the table of my residential college in UPM recently.

Dear bloggers, can you please confess to me about your vandal acts in the comment box below? It would be very interesting for me to read your experiences in vandalizing your school, office or public facilities especially when we are not really mature at heart right?

Blogger with Principles

There's a blind person in every one of us because we see with the lust of our eyes and not by the sanctions of our heart. And to a special someone who has always been a darling friend, I'm no longer crushing on you so please regret that ;)

I am just going to be here blogging my heart out no matter how slow my traffic is, no matter how sad I am to see the number of feedback or visitors every other day. Maybe this is a silent treatment from everybody since I have not "blog-walked" for quite a long time concentrating on my studies; maybe I am being punished because I do not go on "I follow you, you follow me" basis. I do not know anymore...I am a blogger with principles but sometimes the rules that I made do not seem to fit anymore.
